COSA DICONO I NOSTRI STUDENTI

Especially fun, led by native Italians who are sharing their family recipes and recipes that are special to their region. We all work together preparing the food and conversing (learning new vocabulary such as apron, colander, pot, pan, bowl, whisk, simmer, etc.) and then sit down together to enjoy the fruits of our labors, some wine, and converse.

In March 2016, we were pleased to feature the beautiful region of Umbria by inviting our dear friend Letizia Mattiacci, who runs the Umbrian agriturismo Alla Madonna del Piatto. It was a great opportunity to have her in the kitchen where workshop participants learned how to taste olive oil and then prepared an Umbrian lunch featuring recipes from Letizia’s recently released cookbook, A Kitchen with a View.
